ADT Connection Via SAP Portal

I have installed Eclipse and the ABAP Dev Tools without issue.

However, when I try to create a new project I am able to browse the connections as available to SAP Logon but when I select the appropriate development system I am unable to connect due to the following...

Logon to system null failed (SNC Library not found; environment variable "SNC_LIB" not defined, fallback location does not exist: "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SecureLogin\lib\secgss.dll" )

I've searched high and low for the correction.  Here are the basics of my environment.

1. Installed Eclipse Juno
2. Installed ADT v2.7
3. SAP Kernal = 7.41
4. We use SSO via a url link from an online portal, not directly from the SAP Logon, which by the way is v7.30

I did find a post on SCN about adding an environment variable with the path as listed above, but that did not resolve the issue.  I'ms sure there is a way to connect in this environment, but have not found the correct solution.

If anyone has any further insight, I would appreciate it.
