When open the Eclipse has an error

Hello everyone,

 

After i finish the installation and open the Eclipse, I have met an error like below:

 

ABAP communication layer is not configured properly. This might be caused by missing Microsoft Runtime DLLs VS2010. Consult the installation guide or download page for further details on how to install this component.

Error getting the version of the native layer: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\TONY\eclipse-SDK-3.7.2-win32-x86_64\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\316\1\.cp\lib\sapjco3.dll: Can't find dependent libraries

 

 

Does anyone tell me why?(Microsoft Runtime DLLs VS2010  have already installed in the system or anyboby could give me the link to down the

Microsoft redistributable runtime DLLs VS2010 SP1 (x86)).

Missing authorization for new project

Hey folks,

 

I have a problem getting started with abap in eclipse.

When I want to start a new project I receive the following message, when trying to connect to the system:

User <user> is not authorized to access system <sid> via ABAP in Eclipse (No authorization to access the resource  /sap/bc/adt/compatibility/graph.)

 

I have the done all the things described in the following blog:

Enabling ABAP in Eclipse

 

Can someone help me?

Error: System does not support Eclipse based ABAP Development Tools

When attempting to create a new ABAP Project in ADT, I get an error at the credentials screen.

 

"Logon to system ERD failed (System "ERD" does not support Eclipse based ABAP Development Tools)"

Perhaps someone can help shed some light on this.  Is there some additional configuration that must be done either on the client or backend?

Status gui, text elements and screens in Abap in Eclipse

Hello everybody,

 

Today i start using AiE, but i see that i can't create status gui, text elements and screens, the only method to achieve this is open sap gui (from eclipse) and create this directly there. I don't know if i am doing something wrong but i can't see how to create this objects in eclipse.

 

Is SAP working to implement this options directly in Eclipse without having to go to sap gui?, if that's right, when are we going to see this options directly in eclipse?.

I downloaded "SAP ABAP IN ECLIPSE 2.24 JUNO" from service.sap.com/swdc.  I have already resolved one "Cannot satisfy dependency" error by downloading  EMF Query from eclipse.org and adding the org.eclipse.emf.query.feature.group.  Now I am getting a different "Cannot satisfy dependency" error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Software being installed: ABAP Core Development Tools 2.24.3 (com.sap.adt.core.feature.group 2.24.3) Missing requirement: Data Preview Services 1.5.0 (com.sap.adt.datapreview.core.services 1.5.0) requires 'bundle com.sap.dataviz.core [3.0.3,4.0.0)' but it could not be found Cannot satisfy dependency: From: ABAP Core Development Tools 2.24.3 (com.sap.adt.core.feature.group 2.24.3) To: com.sap.adt.datapreview.feature.group [1.5.0] Cannot satisfy dependency: From: Data Preview 1.5.0 (com.sap.adt.datapreview.feature.group 1.5.0) To: com.sap.adt.datapreview.core.services [1.5.0]

 

I cannot find any information concerning com.sap.dataviz.core on the Internet.  I don't know how to resolve this error.  Does anyone know what I need to download and install so that my installation can continue?

I'mtrying to installeclipseandADT, everything works fine, I can connectto the system,view objects, edit, activate, etc.. But whenI open awindowinEclipseSAPGUIis blankand givesmeno error.


I try to execute a report:

Start SPRO with "Run ABAP Application" (Alt+F8)

Hi,

 

any idea how I can start transaction SPRO from the dialog "Run ABAP Application".

When I enter spro there are 50 results starting with spro, but not transaction SPRO,

 

I know, I can start SPRO from eclipse in several other places, but maybe it is also possible here?

Webdynpro - Component usage gets lost when activating

hi folks,

when activating a webdynpro view  the usage of methods that are handling events (e.g. the click event of webdynpro ALV) looses the information about the component usage when we display the view in se80.

so the methods don't work after activating a view in eclipse.

we use AIE 2.7 backend 7.40

 

is this a known error, or a mis-configuration?

ADT 2.24 - Open SAPGUI Problem

Hi,

 

I have installed SAP HANA Studio and on top of it installed ADT 1.24 on Windows 7. I have configured it with SAP CRM 7.0 EhP3 based on NetWeaver 7.40 release. I also have SAP GUI 7.30 with Patch 8 installed. Now from Eclipse when I try to open SAP GUI, the window does get open however I see a message in the SAP GUI status bar "Invalid GUI input data: window dimension". Is this due to any of my settings or a bug?

I would say integrating an ABAP Debugger in Eclipse would be a super idea

Because debugging is the best medicine for root cause analysis, integrating an ABAP Debugger in Eclipse for next generation ABAP development would be a great idea, as this will help facilitate faster and more efficient root cause analysis.

 

Also in line with SAP's future strategy (support without incidents), this integration on the client's side will in my opinion help fastrack critical issues, thereby reducing the volumes of incoming incidents.

 

More suggestions on this topic are welcome!
